Timeline transparency

Full-charge preorders

We capture payment at checkout to reserve space on the propagation bench and order packaging on your behalf. This also keeps internal forecasting tied to real demand.

Order edits

Email hello@thesuperfoodfarm.com within 7 days if you need to adjust shipping addresses, quantities, or add-ons. After day 7 we can still help, but changes may push the ship date.

Cancellations & refunds

Full refunds are available until your plants enter the hardening phase (roughly day 45). After that point we can issue store credit or transfer your slot to another grower on the waitlist.

Wholesale PO terms

Wholesale partners can lock inventory with a 50% deposit and pay the remainder once tracking is issued. Contact the team for PO-specific agreements.

Longevity Spinach and companion crops are bench-grown to order. Capturing payment upfront lets us schedule propagation crews, reserve boxes, and keep pricing stable. If timing changes, you can always opt for a full refund before hardening begins.

Can I split shipments?

We consolidate plants to protect them and keep shipping $7.99. If you need separate boxes (for gifts or resale), email support—additional labels are billed at carrier cost.

Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?

Not yet. We currently ship within the lower 48 states while we finalize compliance for other regions.

What if my weather is still cold at arrival?

Follow the indoor setup inside the Longevity Spinach grow guide, then transition outdoors once nights stay above 60°F. The hotline can adjust plans for your microclimate.

How does wholesale support differ?
